  • What happens in case of Inclement weather?
    Due to safety being our biggest concern we reserve the right to cancel any reservations if heavy rain or winds in excess of 15 MPH are expected, or if temperatures drop below 50 degrees during your rental.
  • When will my rental be delivered & picked up?
    We prefer to deliver our rentals the day before your event to ensure the rental is set up and inspected prior to your event. rentals can be picked up day of event although we prefer to pick them up the day after your event. Different arrangements can always be discussed beforehand.
  • What is the weight limit?
    Weight capacity of our units are 800 pounds, with a single rider limit of 225 pounds.
  • Is a deposit required?
    Yes, a 50-dollar deposit is due at time of booking. The remaining balance will be collected at time of delivery.
  • When is the balance do?
    The remaining balance is due at time of delivery.
  • What type of payment do you accept ?
    We accept Cash, Credit/Debit, or Venmo
  • Are deposits refundable?

  • Do I need to provide extension cord & hoses?
    We provide all the necessary accessories to run our equipment.
  • Do you clean your rentals?
    Each rental is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each event and dried completely before we store them.
  • How far do you deliver?
    We offer free delivery and set up within 30 miles of Bow NH, any delivery that is further than that is subject to a delivery surcharge.
